Drillsafe
Drillsafe is a biodegradable non-ionic natural polymer for use in a variety of drilling applications as a viscosifier, especially where clay-based drilling fluids are restricted. When mixed with fresh or salt water it provides clay-free drilling fluid. In lower concentrations it can be used as a flocculent to drop clay particles. It can be cross-linked to form a gel structure during casing installation in troublesome formation.

AF Rheomod
AF Rheomod is a high-molecular-weight biopolymer used for increasing viscosity and rheology in water base systems. Small quantities provide high viscosity and weight material suspension for all water base mud systems, and has the unique ability to produce a fluid that is highly shear thinning and thixotropic.

AF Rheofloc
AF Rheofloc is a blend of high-molecular-weight biopolymer and rheology modifiers. AF Rheofloc is used as a viscosifier, friction reducer, flocculent and shale stabilizer by encapsulation to prevent water wetting of the clay particle. Small quantities provide high viscosity and weight material suspension for all water base mud systems, with the ability to produce a fluid that is highly shear thinning and thixotropic.

AF Max
AF Max is a non-ionic, modified high-molecular-weight natural polymer. This easily-breakable, non-fermenting polymer will increase viscosity and carrying capacity of fluids in heavy saturated systems and is not adversely affected by polar compounds or divalent cat-ions such as calcium and magnesium or by cement contamination.

FILTRATE REDUCER

Polly Seal
Polly Seal is a quality preserved polysaccharide used to provide filtration control and rheology stability in all types of water base drilling fluids. This non-ionic, natural polymer is effective in all make-up waters, including high salinity and high hardness brines.

BIOCIDE

AF Biocide AF Biocide is a food grade biocide that is used to treat mud systems by removing and preventing further growth of bacteria and fungal. This will extend the life of natural products in a mud system.
