VISCOSIFIERS AND FLOCCULANTS

AF Pol 21
AF Pol 21 is a high-molecular weight anionic modified polyacrylamide. It derives from acrylic acid and comes in emulsion form for ease of mixing, used as a viscosifier, friction reducer, flocculent and shale stabilizer by encapsulation to prevent water wetting of the clay particle.

AF Geovis
AF Geovis is an anionic polymer powder that is used as a borehole stabilizer to prevent reactive shale and clay from swelling and sloughing. AF Geovis is added to low-solids and drilling fluids to increase fluid viscosity. Being a long-chain polymer, the mixed fluid can stop / prevent pipe vibration at high Rpm.

AF 650
AF 650 is a blend of high-molecular-weight biopolymers, used to increase viscosity in water base systems and as a borehole stabilizer to prevent reactive shale and clay from swelling and sloughing. Small quantities provide high viscosity and weight material suspension for all water base mud systems, with the unique ability to produce a fluid that is highly shear thinning and thixotropic.

LUBRICANTS AND CUTTING OILS

AF Lube
AF Lube is a cost effective lubricant that reduces torque, drag and the potential for differential sticking by reducing the coefficient of friction of water-base muds. AF Lube provides additional borehole stability and inhibition and improves high-temperature filtration control, is water soluble under most conditions and is readily dispersible in water-base muds.

AF Guard
AF Guard is a specially formulated next-generation, high performance lubricant designed for ultra-deep or highly abrasive holes. AF Guard lubricant reduces torque, drag and the potential for differential sticking by reducing the coefficient of friction of water-base muds, providing additional borehole stability and inhibition and improves high-temperature filtration control. AF Guard is water soluble under most conditions and is readily dispersible in water-base muds.

AF Ezee Cut
AF Ezee Cut is a blend of vegetable-base oils and surfactants that reduces torque, drag and the potential for differential sticking by reducing the coefficient of friction of water-base muds. AF Ezee Cut also reacts as a wetting agent to improve the rate of penetration by wetting cutter edges being diamond or related cutters. AF Ezee Cut functions as an antistatic agent in its ability to neutralize particle charges that results in reducing wear and tear on down the hole (DTH) equipment

AF Viro Cut
AF Viro Cut is a special blend of high-performance vegetable oil, surfactants and EP additives that enhances down the hole (DTH) lubricity, pressure, temperature and R.O.P. superior to normal cutting oils.

AF Viro Grease
AF Viro Grease is a bio-degradable and ecofriendly formulated rod grease. AF Viro Grease is made from high-performance vegetable oils and bio-degradable EP additive for control of high lubrication, stickiness, and elevated temperature.

DRILLING DETERGENT

Drill Det
Drill Det, a proprietary blend of aqueous surfactants, is specially designed for use in fresh and saltwater fluids. In the case of diamond drilling in low-solids drilling fluid, it is used as a wetting agent to improve the rate of penetration by wetting cutter edges being diamond or related cutters. Drill Det functions as an anti-static agent in its ability to neutralize particle charges.
